Development & Architecture: You will continuously evolve the dApp frontend architecture within your domain. You will make well-founded architectural decisions and embed best practices for performance, security, and accessibility.
Hands-on Engineering: You will actively participate in development, writing production code with a focus on critical features, complex user flows, and performance-sensitive areas.
Web3 & dApp Integration: You will manage the integration of the web application with backend and blockchain APIs, ensuring secure crypto flows (e.g., wallet connection, signing, swaps, and transaction lifecycles).
Team Leadership & Mentorship: You will support a team of frontend engineers through technical feedback, code reviews, and mentoring. You will foster a culture of ownership and support your colleagues in their professional growth.
Security-First Engineering: You will establish "secure-by-design" frontend systems to protect business-critical financial infrastructure and consistently apply threat modeling.
AI-First Engineering: You will drive the adoption of modern AI tools (such as Cursor AI) in daily development. You will coach the team in responsible AI practices to increase delivery speed without compromising code quality or security.
Collaboration & Delivery: Working closely with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile, and QA, you will intelligently balance feature delivery with the reduction of technical debt.

Professional Experience: You have at least 7 years of experience in frontend or full-stack development, including a proven track record in a senior or technical leadership role.
Tech Stack: You possess deep knowledge of TypeScript and Angular, with experience building and maintaining large, complex web applications in a production environment.
Web3 & Security: You are highly proficient in integrating REST and Web3 APIs (e.g., ethers.js, viem, web3.js). You have a solid understanding of web security fundamentals and the absolutely secure handling of sensitive wallet data.
Methodology: You have extensive experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, performance profiling in modern browsers, state management, and enforcing Definition of Done (DoD) criteria.
AI Mindset: You already have experience operationalizing AI-assisted development workflows and know how to implement quality gates effectively.
Soft Skills: You stand out with a strong sense of ownership, analytical problem-solving skills, and clear, audience-appropriate communication.
