Tech Stack: Strong knowledge of Golang, TypeScript, or another backend/systems programming language, coupled with practical knowledge of concurrency and performance optimization.
System Design: Solid understanding of system design regarding services, data flows, reliability, and maintainability.
Blockchain & Web3: Familiarity with blockchain platforms, smart contracts, transaction processing, and on-chain integrations.
Infrastructure: Hands-on experience working with containerized services and modern deployment practices.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced engineering environment.
